I was never a radio listener, back when radio was a thing. And once streaming took over, I didn’t make an effort to keep up with the songs dominating the charts. As a result, my blog sometimes felt a little out of touch.
In an effort to at least try to keep up with the times, I started the ‘What the Kids are Listening To’ series back in late 2017. Periodically, I post about the ten songs currently topping the Billboard Hot 100 (or at least the highest-ranking ten songs that haven’t yet appeared on the blog).
Think of it as the flip side of Throwback Weekends.
