My final selection of this week of songs introduced to me by my daughter is from an artist I would never have known otherwise. The other acts I featured this week were all on my radar, but Marina and the Diamonds (the stage name of Welsh singer-songwriter Marina Lambrini Diamandis) was completely new.
The 29-year-old has released three albums since 2010, the latest (titled Froot) in March of this year.
